To be explicit about it: this page is about using the website. It is not a services agreement. If we do work for you, that work is governed by the written scope we agree for that engagement, covering what gets built, what it costs, what the timeline is, and who owns what. Where the two ever appear to disagree, your signed scope wins.
Everything on this site is published so you can work out whether we are a fit. It is not advice for your specific situation and it is not a promise of a particular result. What we can actually commit to for your project gets written down in a scope, after we have talked.
The write-ups under Work are accounts of jobs we did, with the outcomes those clients saw. They are history, not a guarantee. Your systems, your data, and your team are different, so your results will be too. Some engagements are covered by confidentiality agreements and are not written up at all.
The words, design, and code on this site belong to Superpower Labs. Product and company names mentioned here, including client names and the platforms we build on, belong to their respective owners, and naming them does not imply they endorse us. You are welcome to quote or link to a page with attribution. Republishing a page wholesale as your own is not on.
We link out where it is useful. An outbound link is not an endorsement, and we do not control what those sites publish or how they handle your information. Once you leave this site, their terms and their privacy practices apply, not ours.
We add, edit, and retire pages as the business changes, and we may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes. We also do not promise the site is available every second of every day, though we would rather it were.
